I think the most revolting thing to eat is a dead mouse. It would take 100 dollars for me (or 200). It would be weird if someone really asked me.
If some one really bet me I probably change the money to million. How I would prepare it is first I would take the tail and I would cut it off and I would shave all the hair and then cut the teeth off (or pull it out) put it in boiling hot hot hot water and I would put garlic on it and then some pepper on it then some salt ketchup, oh I almost forgot cut the eyeballs out and it's done.
